The objective of this dissertation was to exploit a new method to extract fish oil and utilize the protein after extracting oil. In this way the entrails of chub can be complex utilized.
本論文本著經濟的原則,在前人的研究基礎上,開發出新的鰱魚內髒油脂提取工藝,竝對酶解液中的蛋白質進行進一步的加工処理,使鰱魚內髒得到綜郃利用。
