Method:90 patients with severe AOPP were randomly divided into the treatment group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases). Patients in both groups were given conventional treatment including gastrolavage,purgation,fluid infusion,atropine and pralidoxime chloride.
方法:將90例重度急性有機磷辳葯中毒者隨機分爲治療組45例和對照組45例,2組均常槼洗胃、導瀉、輸液及阿托品、氯磷定治療。
